We typically specialize in on site special events such as motorcross races or festivals. Our trailer is set up to provide on site sales. We carry chopped barbecue that has been hickory smoked for twenty hours using only the leanest cuts of the brisket. Our barbcue has been a staple of the racing circuit for about six years and has been proven to be very popular among riders.
